Breathwork | Emotional Integration | Nervous System Reset
Your body holds the stories, stress, and strength your mind cannot always reach. These workshops help you listen.
These workshops are a space to step out of the noise and conditioning of the mind and reconnect with the deeper layers of your body and being. Through breath-work, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation, we explore and integrate stored tension, emotional patterns, and subconscious stress- creating space for greater clarity, connection, and presence.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and be supported.
What to Expect
Each workshop is a little different, but they generally include:
Guided nervous system regulation techniques
Breathwork and somatic release session
Journaling or personal reflection
Connection exercises
Space to integrate and share (optional)
Tea, rest, and connection (in-person events)
Everything is trauma-informed, paced gently, and offered with full permission to honour what you need in the session. All supported by an experienced team of embodied practitioners.

These workshops are designed to be safe, inclusive, and beginner-friendly, and full permission for anything that comes up (what happens in the loft stays in the loft), with no expectation to share or push beyond your capacity.
