Brendan Robb
I faced significant challenges with mental health, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use throughout my late teens and early twenties, which set me on a deep journey of self-discovery. In my search for understanding and healing, I became fascinated by the intersection of modern Western science and traditional Eastern practices, and how blending them together can create real, lasting transformation.
Drawing on my experience as a yoga teacher, breath-work and trauma release practitioner, somatic therapist, and my studies in counselling and behavioural science, I use an integrative approach that supports healing from the inside out. By combining modern counselling methods with body-based practices, my focus is on creating the conditions for real, embodied change to unfold naturally.
Through working with incredible clients over the years, I have developed a deep passion for bridging ancient wisdom with modern science. I am committed to exploring and sharing practices that help dissolve old patterns, regulate the nervous system, and support people in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded, sustainable way..
My goal is to guide others in leading more authentic, connected, and present lives, breaking free from unconscious cycles and stepping into real, meaningful change.
My work is shaped by both formal study and lived experience, with qualifications in counselling, behavioural science, yoga, and somatic therapies, alongside more than a decade of facilitating group workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions. I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing mentorship, participating in retreats, study, and personal integration.
