These sessions are for people who are tired of just coping. Maybe you find yourself stuck in your head, caught in people-pleasing patterns, feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stressed, or disconnected.. From your body, your needs, your relationships, or even from yourself.
My work is about helping you gently come back home to yourself. We start by working with the body and nervous system to create a foundation of safety and regulation. From there, we explore and integrate the deeper patterns, beliefs, and emotional layers that are ready to shift.
Using a blend of somatic therapy, counselling, breathwork, and mindfulness, I support you to move through whatever is keeping you stuck and guide you toward a steadier, more grounded experience of life.
This is deeper than mindset work. It is about creating real, embodied change from the inside out- helping you reconnect, reset, and move through life with more presence, clarity, and ease.

What’s included in a session.
Each session is personalised, but often includes a mix of:
Nervous system regulation and somatic practices to settle and ground the body
Breathwork and physical stress release to support emotional integration
Mindfulness, meditation, and mental decluttering
Integrative counselling, parts work, and self-enquiry
Exploring relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional regulation
Working with subconscious beliefs, emotional conflicts, and behavioural patterns
Sessions are 60 minutes and can be held in-person or online.
I also offer 90-minute deep-dive sessions or 2-hour emotional release breathwork sessions for those wanting to extra time or deeper release work.

Session Packages & Pricing
Single Session (60 mins) $140
60 minute personalised private session in person or online.
I also offer 5 or 10 session processes.
These allow the opportunity to set out a clear path and structure over a few months to gain the most out of working with me.
Extended Session (90 mins) $180
For anyone wanting extra space to dive a little deeper.
Emotional Release Session (2 hour) $200
A full emotional release breathwork session, space to unpack the experience, integration practices, and support.
Location & Availability
Availability: Weekdays, mid-morning or early afternoon
I intentionally leave space between sessions to keep things unhurried and grounded, and only see a limited number of people daily to ensure I show up fully for you and our session.
Sessions are available:
In-person ( Pricate home studio in Swanbourne or Duncraig)
Outdoors (session type/weather permitting)
Online via secure video
