My sessions are designed to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and create the safety and stillness needed to access what is happening beneath the surface. From there, we can start to gently explore and shift the deeper patterns, subconscious beliefs, and emotional tensions that contribute to stress, anxiety, burnout, and disconnection.

In our work together, I draw on a blend of somatic therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and integrative counselling approaches, including parts work, cognitive behavioural therapy, and talk therapy. It is a grounded, client-led process that weaves together both Eastern and Western tools in a way that feels natural, respectful, and real.

This work is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about creating the right conditions for you to reconnect with yourself, heal at your own pace, and step back into life with more clarity, resilience, and presence.

Personalised Sessions

In our sessions, we start by regulating the nervous system and integrating any stored stress or tension in the body. Once there is more safety and clarity, we work with the mind to explore and shift patterns that are ready to change.

Using a blend of somatic practices and modern counselling, each session is tailored to support you in reconnecting with yourself in a grounded and sustainable way.

Group Workshops

These small, intimate workshops combine breathwork, body-based practices, and mindfulness to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Groups are kept intentionally small to create a cosy, comfortable space where you can feel supported, connected, and fully present.

Immersive Retreats

Step away from the noise of daily life and come back to yourself. These retreats create space to pause, breathe, and reconnect beyond the distractions, habits, and autopilot patterns of modern living.

Guided by heart-led facilitators and held in beautiful, nature-rich settings, each experience is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, personal reflection, and a realignment with what matters most.

I’m Brendan

I know how easy it is to get caught up in the cycle of trying to fix ourselves, thinking that if we can just figure it out, push through, or stay positive enough, things will finally change. I get it. I lived that way for a long time too.

But in my own journey, I found that real, lasting change does not happen by trying harder or thinking our way out of struggle. It happens when we slow down enough to really feel what is going on beneath the surface. When we stop trying to force a shift and instead create space to listen, process, and integrate what is ready to heal.

That is why the work I offer blends modern therapeutic approaches with traditional body-based practices. I am not here to just talk about the problem. I am here to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, to work with your nervous system, your emotions, and the patterns that are often outside of conscious awareness.

With over a decade of experience in mental health, counselling, and holistic practices, and having done a lot of this work personally, I bring an integrative, embodied approach. I am passionate about creating a space where you are not just working towards an outcome, but actually experiencing real shifts in how you feel, how you relate to yourself, and how you move through the world.
